Buy online, and a delivery company (using protective gloves and following specific protocols) will bring your order to your house.
• Extended return policy.
Our standard return policy will now allow a full refund with receipt 60 days from the date of purchase. All other return and exchange terms and conditions apply.
• Shipping safety.
We’ve updated our shipping processes to protect both you and our associates. Unfortunately, that means that we have fewer people working at the same time than usual, which can lead to minor shipping delays. But don´t worry! We’re working to get your order to you as quickly––and safely––as possible.
• Customer service impact.
We are always here for you––even if it takes us a little longer to respond. This global crisis has left our facilities across the US and around the world with limited customer service representatives, which has led to longer response times. That´s why now you can get an appointment for support and showroom video calls.
We hope to reduce the technicians visits to our customer´s homes, so if you happen to have any issue with our appliances, remember that you are covered with unlimited lifetime online support, this means that you can video chat with our in-house specialists that will be able to help out and send you parts in case of needing them.
We also have put together a complete series of DIY video tutorials that can guide you in every fixing process.
We’re taking this day by day and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as local and U.S. government officials.
