The KUCHT KFXX 24-inch gas range fits professional-grade cooking into a 24-inch footprint. Four sealed burners deliver a 54,000 BTU total cooktop output, anchored by two 15,000 BTU high-heat burners for searing, boiling, and wok cooking, and two 9,000 BTU burners for everyday tasks that need a lighter touch. One of the high-heat burners includes True Simmer capability, holding a low, stable flame for sauces, custards, and braises that would scorch on a conventional burner.
Below the cooktop, a 3.34 cu. ft. convection oven circulates heat evenly through the full cavity, removing hot spots for consistent baking and roasting results across the rack. Two nickel-plated oven racks adjust to multiple positions, and an extra-large oven window lets you check progress without opening the door.
The range is built from heavy-gauge stainless steel throughout, with continuous cast iron grates that let you slide cookware from burner to burner without lifting.
