The KUCHT KNG 48-inch gas range is the largest in the KNG series. Eight sealed burners produce a combined 94,000 BTU cooktop output, led by two 20,000 BTU Rocket Power dual-ring burners with simmer capability.
Each covers the full range from hard sears and wok cooking to low-heat sauces and braises. Six additional burners at 12,000, 12,000, 9,000, 9,000, 6,000, and 6,000 BTU fill in from mid-range to everyday cooking, so all eight positions can run simultaneously.
Two independent ovens sit below: a 4.2 cu. ft. primary oven with convection and a 10,000 BTU open flame broiler, and a 2.5 cu. ft. secondary oven. Run both at different temperatures at the same time to roast in one and bake in the other.
Blue porcelain interiors resist staining and clean up easily, and dual halogen lights provide clear visibility inside each cavity. Two telescopic oven racks per oven — four total — accommodate everything from tall roasts to multi-rack baking.
A reversible cast iron grill/griddle is included and sits directly over two burners, removing completely when you need all eight burners available. The range is built from heavy-gauge stainless steel with continuous cast iron grates spanning the full 48-inch cooktop over a black porcelain surface. A 4-inch stainless steel backsplash is included.
Nine interchangeable door and kickplate color options — black, blue, green, red, stainless steel, white, cement gray, light blue, and olive green — swap out in under two minutes without tools.
