Description

- Pro-Style 36-Inch Gas Range with 71,000 BTU Total Cooktop Output: Six sealed burners and a 5.2 cu. ft. convection oven deliver professional cooking capacity in a fully customizable, freestanding 36-inch footprint.
- 20,000 BTU Rocket Power Dual-Ring Burner with Simmer: The highest-output burner on the cooktop delivers intense heat for wok cooking and hard sears, then steps down to a simmer for sauces and braises.
- Five Additional Sealed Burners (15,000 / 12,000 / 9,000 / 9,000 / 6,000 BTU): A full spread from high-heat to low-heat across the remaining positions handles multiple dishes at the output each one requires.
- Nine Door and Kickplate Colors with Tool-Free Swap in Under Two Minutes: Choose from red, blue, white, black, green, light blue, olive green, cement gray, or stainless steel and change the look without tools.
- 5.2 Cu. Ft. Convection Oven with Multiple Cooking Modes: Supports convection bake, convection roast, convection defrost, and convection dehydrate, circulating heat evenly to eliminate hot spots across the full cavity.
- 10,000 BTU Open Flame Broiler: Delivers direct, even heat across the full broil area for melting, browning, and finishing dishes without uneven charring.
- Removable Cast Iron Griddle Included: Sits directly over two burners for pancakes, smash burgers, bacon, and seared proteins. Fully removable when you need the burner space back, no extra purchase required.
- Black Porcelain Cooktop Surface: A durable porcelain finish underneath the grates resists staining and scratching, and wipes clean after spills without specialized cleaners.
- Heavy-Duty Continuous Cast Iron Grates: Full-surface grates retain heat effectively and let you slide pots and pans across all six burner positions without lifting.
- Blue Porcelain Oven Interior with Dual Halogen Lights: A stain-resistant porcelain finish simplifies cleanup, and two halogen lights provide clear visibility throughout the oven cavity.
- Electronic Ignition with Auto Re-Ignition: Lights every burner instantly without a match. If a flame is extinguished during cooking, the system detects it and relights automatically.
- Push-to-Turn Metal Safety Knobs: Each knob requires a deliberate push-and-turn to release gas, preventing accidental ignition from a bumped dial. Smooth-turning and sized for use with wet or gloved hands.
- Heavy-Gauge Stainless Steel Construction with Backsplash: Built from commercial-grade stainless steel inside and out, with full stainless side panels and a stainless steel backsplash included.
- Gas-powered with a standard 120V electrical connection. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. Factory-configured for the fuel type indicated in the listing title; no at-home conversion required.
- 4-year manufacturer warranty for parts and labor plus unlimited lifetime support.

NOTES
- The oven-knob displayed temperature is set to match the oven temperature with the convection mode on. When using the oven with the convection feature off, the temperature inside the oven could be between 25 to 50 degrees lower than the knob indicates.
- Due to the high power of the top burners, we do not recommend the use of downdraft ventilation systems. A range hood with at least 450 CFM is advisable.

Installation Notes
IMPORTANT: For all gas line connections, use only approved Teflon tape to seal the threads. Avoid using pipe dope or other sealing compounds, as they can migrate into and clog gas lines and regulators.
All gas supply installations must be performed by a qualified (matriculated) professional who is familiar with local codes and regulations.
IMPORTANT – Electrical Connection
All units must be plugged into an outlet that provides the correct voltage and amperage, protected by a breaker sized according to local codes.
Proper grounding is mandatory—removing the ground wire or otherwise altering the electrical wiring is strictly prohibited. Any such tampering will void the warranty, terminate the option to return the unit, and release the manufacturer and the seller from any liability for injury, harm, or hazards resulting from unauthorized modifications to the electrical system or its components.
IMPORTANT – Heat Transfer and Clearance Requirements
Pro-Style Ranges are designed to operate at high temperatures; it is normal for the appliance to become hot during use. While installation in confined spaces is acceptable, please note the following:
- Heat Transfer: The oven’s heat is distributed across the entire chassis. Cabinets or surfaces in direct contact with the range may experience increased temperatures.
- Clearance Recommendations: To minimize heat transfer to surrounding cabinetry, maintain a small air gap between the appliance and adjacent cabinets.
- Rear Air Gap: A rubber spacer is installed at the back of the unit to provide a small air gap between the range and the wall. Do not remove or modify these rubber stops, as they are essential for proper installation and aesthetics.
- Safety Priority: Always prioritize safety and the integrity of the appliance over aesthetic modifications. Altering or removing any components may compromise safety and performance.
