Description
FEATURES
- Pro-Style 30-Inch Gas Range with 63,000 BTU Total Cooktop Output: Four sealed burners and a 4.2 cu. ft. convection oven deliver professional cooking performance in a freestanding 30-inch footprint.
- 21,000 BTU Rocket Power Dual-Ring Burner: The highest-output burner on the cooktop produces the intense, concentrated heat needed for wok cooking, hard sears, and rapid boils from a single dual-ring element.
- True Simmer on the Rocket Power Burner: The same 21,000 BTU element steps down to a steady, low flame for sauces, chocolate melts, and slow braises without switching burners.
- Three Additional Sealed Burners (18,000 / 15,000 / 9,000 BTU): A full spread of heat levels across the remaining positions handles high-heat, mid-range, and everyday cooking tasks simultaneously.
- 4.2 Cu. Ft. Convection Oven with Multiple Cooking Modes: Supports convection bake, convection roast, and convection dehydrate, circulating heat evenly to eliminate hot spots across the full cavity.
- 16,500 BTU Infrared Broiler: Heats a metal screen to produce intense, even radiant energy that sears and browns the surface of meats and dishes quickly, replicating the method used in professional kitchens.
- Six Finishes with Tool-Free Door and Kickplate Swap: Available in stainless steel, white, light blue, black, cement gray, and olive green. Change the look of your range at home in minutes without tools.
- Heavy-Duty Continuous Cast Iron Grates: Full-surface grates retain heat effectively and let you slide pots and pans from burner to burner without lifting, keeping cookware stable across all four positions.
- Blue Porcelain Oven Interior with Dual Halogen Lights: A stain-resistant porcelain finish simplifies cleanup, and two halogen lights provide clear visibility throughout the oven cavity.
- Blue Porcelain Oven Interior with Dual Halogen Lights: A stain-resistant porcelain finish simplifies cleanup, and two halogen lights provide clear visibility throughout the oven cavity.
- Extra-Large Triple-Layer Glass Oven Window: Three layers of glass reduce heat loss while giving you a clear view of your food, so you can monitor progress without opening the door and dropping the oven temperature.
- Electronic Ignition with Auto Re-Ignition: Lights every burner instantly without a match. If a flame is extinguished during cooking, the system detects it and relights automatically before unburned gas can build up.
- Push-to-Turn Metal Safety Knobs: A deliberate push-and-turn motion is required to release gas, preventing accidental ignition from a bumped dial. Heavy, smooth-turning, and sized for confident adjustments.
- Heavy-Gauge Stainless Steel Construction: Built from commercial-grade stainless steel inside and out, with full stainless side panels and a professional handle that resists rust, staining, and daily wear.
- Gas-powered with a standard 120V electrical connection. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. Factory-configured for the fuel type indicated in the listing title, no at-home conversion required.
- 4-year manufacturer warranty for parts and labor plus unlimited lifetime support.
Depending on the model series you can get 2 types of broiler:
An open flame broiler uses a direct flame, usually powered by gas, to generate intense heat. This method heats up quickly and provides immediate, intense heat, perfect for grilling meats and vegetables. The direct flame can impart a slightly charred, smoky flavor to the food, which many people find desirable. However, if not cleaned properly, it could produce soot inside the oven.
An infrared broiler uses infrared radiation to generate heat, either from an electric or gas-powered infrared element. This method radiates heat evenly towards the food, resulting in consistent cooking without hot spots. Infrared broilers are often more energy-efficient because they direct more heat towards the food rather than losing it to the surrounding air. This type of broiler is generally considered safer and easier to clean.
TrueSimmer™ – is a unique burner type, capable of reaching such low heat levels that we have added a light to the knobs to remind you it’s on.
This gentle cooking method ensures your dishes turn out perfectly and is great for simmering stocks, soups, stews, or melting chocolate.
While many burners offer a simmering option, TrueSimmer™ takes it to the next level, ensuring unparalleled control over the desired heat for perfect results every time.
Sealed burners are a superior choice for pro-style stoves, offering several advantages over open burners. They are designed to prevent spills and drips from reaching the internal components of the stove, making cleaning and maintenance much easier. This design enhances safety by reducing the risk of flare-ups and ensures consistent, even heat distribution for precise cooking. Additionally, sealed burners contribute to a sleek, professional appearance while providing a reliable and efficient cooking experience. Embrace the benefits of sealed burners for a cleaner, safer, and more stylish kitchen.

NOTES
- The oven-knob displayed temperature is set to match the oven temperature with the convection mode on. When using the oven with the convection feature off, the temperature inside the oven could be between 25 to 50 degrees lower than the knob indicates.
- Due to the high power of the top burners, we do not recommend the use of downdraft ventilation systems. A range hood with at least 450 CFM is advisable.
Installation Notes
IMPORTANT: For all gas line connections, use only approved Teflon tape to seal the threads. Avoid using pipe dope or other sealing compounds, as they can migrate into and clog gas lines and regulators.
All gas supply installations must be performed by a qualified (matriculated) professional who is familiar with local codes and regulations.
IMPORTANT – Electrical Connection
All units must be plugged into an outlet that provides the correct voltage and amperage, protected by a breaker sized according to local codes.
Proper grounding is mandatory—removing the ground wire or otherwise altering the electrical wiring is strictly prohibited. Any such tampering will void the warranty, terminate the option to return the unit, and release the manufacturer and the seller from any liability for injury, harm, or hazards resulting from unauthorized modifications to the electrical system or its components.
IMPORTANT – Heat Transfer and Clearance Requirements
Pro-Style Ranges are designed to operate at high temperatures; it is normal for the appliance to become hot during use. While installation in confined spaces is acceptable, please note the following:
- Heat Transfer: The oven’s heat is distributed across the entire chassis. Cabinets or surfaces in direct contact with the range may experience increased temperatures.
- Clearance Recommendations: To minimize heat transfer to surrounding cabinetry, maintain a small air gap between the appliance and adjacent cabinets.
- Rear Air Gap: A rubber spacer is installed at the back of the unit to provide a small air gap between the range and the wall. Do not remove or modify these rubber stops, as they are essential for proper installation and aesthetics.
- Safety Priority: Always prioritize safety and the integrity of the appliance over aesthetic modifications. Altering or removing any components may compromise safety and performance.
